Subject: 2021 RAM 2500 trailer running lights. not functioning, fuse replaced. now no power to fuse.

SW MN

First blown fuse for trailer running lights. replaced. no trailer running lights, no power to that fuse. There must be a relay or module before the fuse for power. Bought Pickup new, has 50K on it sits inside garage when not on the road...
Any Ideas?
