Dayton, IA | Google them. The instructions are online. Also they are very good about answering the phone at the number they put right on the box. There is a combination of button pushes to make it stay on for different lengths of time or always on. We have several and they do the job but they struggle sometimes to move the hopper. Need to have new batteries in remotes and good level driveway. Seems like the framework is flimsy and the two wheels get kinked at different angles so they fight traveling in a nice arc with the hopper. | |
