Without knowing what the moisture in the corn is, I'm guessing you have excessive return. The cylinder speed is in the ball park while you probably want the fan speed at maximum. A few kernels will bounce out on the ends when you turn and that's something that just happens as the machine empties. That cracking looks like corn having gone through multiple times.
