Southeast Nebraska | Been fighting a hydraulic issue on a draper head.
Having issues with the Adapter Drum Motor and Adapter Draper Motor stalling when the crop bunches.
I have attached a schematic. I can only develop max 2200 lbs of pressure when i close the needle valve (installed for testing) at the adapter draper motor.
I replaced RV2 and have it screwed in all the way now. The fluid has been both JD Hy Gard and 15w-40 with same results, max 2200 lbs with return flow completely stopped with the needle valve.
Trying to figure out why I can’t achieve at least 3200 lbs. looking for suggestions on other things to try based on this schematic.
If it matters we found this system contaminated with water upon first use by us.
