What is crazy good with cauliflower and broccoli is pan searing.Just dice up in rather large pieces with at least one flat side.Heat the pan hot with a tad of oil.Place the seasoned chunks flat side down,cook til almost burned on that side.A lid for a bit to tender the top sides.You can flip if want.Very great flavors released.
