Fairfield County, Ohio, USA | I noticed this the first time you posted it; I can't recall which subforum it was in.
I didn't submit it though, because I can't answer it truthfully; the form design makes assumptions that are not appropriate. It's also unusual for a college survey to be conducted via Google Forms rather than Qualtrics or similar.
"What type of farming do you primarily do?" has an option for "Mixed (Select two or more from the above options)", but that's not a multi-select question.
The next question is "How many years have you been farming? (Ex: How long have you're been the primary decision maker for your operation?)" This asks one question but then provides clarification making it an entirely different question. Do you want people who are not the primary decision maker to submit the form? I generally make all of the tech decisions for our operation, but my brother could overrule me, so I'm technically not the primary decision maker.
The remainder of the questions assume that there are drones in use in that farming operation. That's a perfectly valid perspective, but it should be stated more clearly up-front.
Also, be aware that you're asking this during harvest season. Many farmers don't have a ton of extra time on their hands right now.
Good luck. |
