I bought some really nice rubber hose from our local Ace that also rents equipment. They were just a little more expensive than anywhere else I could source them, but close to us and they had it in stock.
I always have preferred the red rubber hoses, they have been the most flexible yet kink resistant and usually last a decade or more.
