I became aware of it and had it on hand (and took some) during the covid thingy. It was popularized by a certain protocol where it was included with a few other things said to help covid infections. Have taken it a few times for a week or two at a time. But most of the times it just sits on the shelf.
Ran across this today and then watched a second video by the same guy. Thought it was interesting enough to share the video links. I am not particularly promoting it as a regular supplement, although we may tend to take it more often than we have in the past personally.
