NS Canada | I'm somewhat low, but going to sell off some animals. Have a bunch of grain I'm going to use up, and am buddies with a dairy near by that usually has quite a bit extra. So I'll survive. I've been rotating pastures for more than a couple of decades, it really made a difference this year and has held up much better than others around.
Water was an issue too, old ponds that should have been cleaned out prior which went down and limited some of my moves - but they are cleaned out now, and won't catch me off guard again. There's always gotta be something each year to keep you on your toes and not let you coast through the year.
The amount of old weedy fields that got made, should make one nervous to buy in feed. But I guess it's better than nothing. I'm still cutting and making bits and pieces of some 2nd and 3rd cut that I can scrounge up.
