I've definitely been hearing the concerns. One has to wonder just how much milk needs to be produced?? I mean.........if we're just talking numbers..........each cow only has one calf. It's definitely a strange math thing. Right now one would assume that milk needs are being met. So if you add more cows.........strictly to gain more beef on dairy cows.......what becomes of the extra milk??
Supposedly, there is a shortage of milk, but at the same time expansion of processing capacity is also being talked about. |
