SEQ, Australia | The Deere switch uses 3 or 4 wires and is connected to a harness in the armrest, and i'm pretty certain that two of those wires are needed to complete a loop through the switch to stop an SSU fault code appearing. Trimble just needs 2 wires to complete the remote engage circuit, so yes, you can remove the John Deere switch from the hole and tuck it back in uder the top of the armrest (must still be connected) and then use the leftover hole to run your own 2 wire switch to wherever its needed. | |
