| Here's my simple Peach cobbler recipe
Cream together:
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c soft butter
Add:
1 egg
1 c. flour
2 t. baking powder
1 c. milk
Place in greased 9x9" pan
Sprinkle with 1/2 c. sugar
Place the peach slices from a 28 oz can over the sugar
Pour the juice on top
Bake in preheated oven 25-30 minutes (till browned)
The cake portion will rise to the top
Serve with caramel sauce and whipped cream
