Planning to feed some dry cows out on a stand of orchard grass this winter. Feeding hay. I’ll be windrowing the hay out with an ez ration hay processor. I like to feed over the whole field. It’ll be a heavy stocking rate.
My question is- will I still have an orchard grass stand come spring? Or, should I plan to rotate?
