Doing cuts is not what you think it is. The money is made doing what your doing. Burger from cull cows in volume, really need to charge 8+ a pound to make it worth while!

The max profit is in watching a live calf walk off the trailer, sending bills by email (free) and having them drop off a check or use PayPal friends and family transfer (free.) The more time and handling you put into it means less profit. |
