If the CRP had not come in when it did, there is a strong likelihood that your parents wouldn’t have pulled thru.
You remind me of a neighbor, he hated the CRP because it kept him from renting more ground. What he forgot was he wasn’t renting more ground at $1.65 corn in 1984, 1985, 1986.
Now, go back to bed and be thankful that higher IQ’s run the world, not petulant young kids.
The “higher IQ’s” have pretty well screwed over the country every chance they’ve had, including CRP & farm subsidies.
But I understand why bankers love CRP and farm subsidies. It protects your bottom, and your bottom line.
