Cheap LEDs don't have very good power input filtering and draw their power in very fast bursts. Those very fast burst cause your tractor's lighting wiring harness to act as big antenna which causes radio interference. There's nothing wrong with your harness, it's just what any long wire will do.

You could maybe think of the light as a surging hydraulic motor and the wire as hydraulic hose. If you have a real long hose it's going to jump around and cause havoc. Doesn't mean there's anything wrong with the hose.
