Now you guys see what happens when you disturb a welfare queen.
Shut the welfare lands down to livestock production. You can log it, mine it, drill it, turn it into a large wildlife refuge, allow all citizens to use it. Perhaps you can become a hunting guide?

My qualifications as a neighbor? Probably not much different than yours.
