Do you have a 2nd tractor at all? Girlfriends folks use a Gehl 7190 feed wagon, no hydraulic hoses just a pto shaft. Feed silage in tires and bales in rings every other day for the same amount of cows as you. Works very well and is as cheap as it gets in my mind.
