Northeast Nebraska and Candelaria Philippines		Have you listened to any of Andrew Hubermans podcast.

He had a good one on sugar. He stated 73% of food in grocery stores have added sugar. And we wonder why our health is bad.

Last time we we to the store, I only let the kids have 1 item with high fructose corn syrup
