Its just a peptide. A peptide is a chain of amino acids. Your body makes about 7000 identifiable peptides, but some suggest over 70,000.
Peptides act as signaling molecules in your body. Turning up or turning down different pathways.
I'm currently using these peptides: bpc157 blended with tb500 and ghk-cu, selank, semax, tirzepatide, mots-c, cj 1295
Capsules won't work because just like your stomach breaks down protein into amino acids, it will break the peptide down to amino acids.
