Speaking of interest rates
North of London
No inflation there.
When we were first married and buying land interest rates were over 7% for 29 year term and they only went up from there.
I chuckle when people talk of the high rates of today that are 'up' to 5% even
Wow!
They should experience 24% like my operating loan hit at its highest and it had to be paid every month
