Certainly an option. I wonder what the odds are of getting that through the state legislature in a political climate where we are cancelling school lunch programs and school farm to table food programs? ETA: I don't see anything in these documents that adds any cost to the average cattleman trucking our own livestock. Only if you are shipping across state lines and need a veterinary certificate of health (that goes from $5.60 to $17 per head), etc, as far as I can see. Seems like there are many more significant things in government to be concerned about these days.
