B is likely your best bet. I forget that autopilot is on the serial line not a CAN connection. Check in ag remote first that you can configure the correct output but I think one wire going to port B should do it. Worst case you need 2 wires (another serial ground). Not sure why the input and output bug one one port was never fix. Makes having the correct connections a pain.
