I look at the gen x, millennial, Gen z crowd and think most are going to sell it. You only live once mentality. The point I'm making is the continued buying of farmland by the investor class that is going to keep consolidation going. Similar to what's happening in the dairy industry and what has already happened to the hogs and poultry.
