Sorry. As my Brother explained, I'd love to be able to whip right through the dozen or so machine that all seem to get dropped off in the same week, but, no matter how many techs I hire, we never seem to get ahead of work as it just continues to pile up.
So, feel free to do any of the options you like. We're not ignoring your machine because you didn't buy it here, we're VERY busy and we're working through things in the order they appeared and balancing breakdowns in the field all at the same time. I'll get it wrapped up just as soon as I can.
So, as I've said on here many times before, I'm not perfect. Never claimed to be, but we try and do the best we can. Something like this happens from time to time hard as I try to avoid it.
Appreciate your past business, and I hope to earn more in the future once I get through this deal.
