If there wasn't enough info given to start with, responders could have answered "If you've spent millions of $ with this dealer, then yes maybe a bit of a fuss is warranted. But if you're a small fish swimming in a big pond, then it's what you're going to deal with." No insults hurled. No snap judgements made.
