West central IL | Crazy some of what I read on here. I guess every area is different. My dealer has a great service department and treats their customers really well. I make an effort to buy all my machines through them, and I buy all my parts and service I can’t do through them. Maybe that helps I don’t know. But I would expect to either have my stuff tackled within a month and if not, an honest explanation as to why and a realistic time frame. I’ve mostly found that the respect, honesty, and loyalty goes both ways. | |
