deep SW On.
50 yrs. it looks like anything made or built in North America is up 10x +
Concrete, homes, vehicles,fuel,taxes ect. 10 x ...then Farmland is around 25x more ,some places a lot more.
The off shore imports have made washing machines to electronics affordable
Unless we want to pay a lot more not much,if any new mfg. will return
