| Bought a sub $500 "gaming PC" last year to use as the kids 3d printing machine. ended up adding a SSD and a Graphics Card. Ryzen 5600
It's very similar to the ps5, I've used the mini pc's in the past as a dedicated streaming device, you really need to sort through to find the ones that arn't ten yrs old tech. I really like my setup though because we've swapped out numerous things and it has ample cooling. Looks cool also with glass case and led fans.
I will question what most people use computers for though. I absolutely love my Chromebooks. So light and fast for the majority of my needs. | |
