Ft. Ripley MN | That’s why you ask upfront… what the dealer is thinking. Can you hold them to it absolutely not things happen all the time.
First instance sent a baler in for a pre season inspection. I think they had a promotion of $100. No big deal and it was when we didn’t need the baler anyways.
Second was sent a tractor in for repairs that I couldn’t tackle.. mainly electrical plus a few other things. Was during Covid. Wasn’t the most happy as it was taking longer then it should of. Found out after the mechanic doing the work had Covid and was out for a couple weeks. I said just tell me that I understand vs we are working on it.
Had a tractor go in for a limp mode… mechanic called and gave updates and it was done quickly…
Been busy with other things lately so sent a tractor off to the dealer a couple weeks ago… upfront and eager for business. Done in a timely matter.
They could be busy, something came up, or they don’t need/want your business… it’s time for a phone call if your unhappy | |
