Ask him if he’d like to buy your share or if he’d like to sell his share also. Or if he’d like a different co-owner. Or if there is someway you can split half the acres off. Keep in mind his name is on the deed with yours and he will have to sign off if you sell and if he doesn’t the other person can’t get clear title/deed.
