Since you are up to date on this, you would know they are arguing such terms as “unlimited tariffs.” So what is an “unlimited tariff?” The language in the 1977 law is very broad, and the arguments in the cases are very large, so vague, you can drive a Mack truck through them. So, I will go out on a limb and say, no matter what scotus rules, such as he has two years etc., it will be more than enough wiggle room to walk out with a victory
