All that is is a 5V power source and a LED panel meter with a weather pack connector. Probably uses a 9V battery. A little soldering and you can save a lot of money. About $60 and your going to have a lot of spares.

They sure do, I have 5 of them, they save my techs a ton of time...but I agree, for the average farmer setting voltage a couple times a year, not the big of deal.

Make a jumper harness with connectors, and hook a volt meter in between, that's all you need.
