If it's the one I use, just dump the canned peaches in a greased 9x12, sprinkle the cake mix on top, space butter pats evenly over all the top and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 350 for about 30 mins....just watch till the topping is all golden. I usually like to sprinkle cinnamon and sugar and a little bit of nutmeg and cloves over the peaches first too, prior to the cake mix, but it isn't mandatory.
