Some are junk, and others are pretty good. We got one for our spare bedroom, and so far, there have been no complaints.
Moving the mattress around and then opening the box to get it where it needs to be is tricky for us old folks. Incredibly, they can compress the mattress to such a small size. I'll bet the delivery truck guys hate them.
