Subject: RE: stuff coming out of the freezer smells like diesel

East Central Arkansas
Chris one thing I find is many things like bread and other stuff packaged similar are often contaminated from being stored in the warehouse with scented products like washing detergent and other smelly products. Sometimes I am pretty sure it's perfume off the hands of those handling the packages of bread. Someone with diesel on there hands could have easily handled a packaged loaf of bread.
I refuse to buy and eat food from those Dollar stores we have everywhere now unless it's in a metal can.
Have you tried your other foods stored in that freezer. Preparing food in the right packaging before putting in the freezer sure makes a difference.
