SW Ohio | So plot twist today. Standing in the shop speaking with another salesman for a different seed brand yet. Was a pre-arranged meeting. Another, unscheduled, guy comes in the driveway, and here he is an independent retailer who also farms a good bit. I delivered some equipment to them back when I worked at the dealer but they had not started retailing at that time. He leaves a price sheet and has the exact same bean I bought for 2025 listed for $10/unit cheaper than what I paid last year. Comparing naked beans so treatment is not any issue.
How would you feel in the same situation? I can't decide right now but definitely losing faith in the co-op
