It sounds like they have been trying to get this handled for a while.
The folks saying something should have been done sooner are not in the know I bet.
IF he is looking for a lawyer, they are figuring the coop is not going to stand it.
I hope they have documented all the conversations.
I wish them luck.
I have been on the bad end of these deals a couple times and one never comes out.
