Hooker Twp,Ne | First of all does he have fed crop ins? If he does they need to inspect the crop before it’s harvested to see if there maybe a claim. If there is a claim in the not fertilized area they may not insure those acres do to none weather loss. So now you have a means of proof from them. From there I’d go to the coop as who have proof. If they are unwilling to cooperate then an attorney will probably be needed. Now they don’t come cheap and you’d need to look if the dollars are worth it. | |
