Subject: RE: Morning Glory Problems in Corn

Jones County Iowa
We are seeing higher incidence of ivy leaf morning glory here this year (Eastern Iowa). At first I thought it was bur cucumber from afar but it had purple flowers instead of white. Tough for residual to last long enough to catch it as ours came up rather late and took off quickly. And like bur cucumber does, plenty has crept in from marginal areas outside of the crop ground.
