There was an opportunity to add base in the early 2000's. That's when we got soybean base added. Something like 2003 or so.
Dang, that's starting to be more than a few years ago.
It seems like adding base acres only applied to a portion of the programs available.
That's my recollection anyway. Lately I've found my ability to recall things isn't what it used to be. |
