North Central Indiana | I wondered the same. Not to excuse the coop but if the farmer just wrote a check without verifying application rates based on what was billed it’s on the farmer. If the coop doesn’t have the equipment to record application rates but they blindly hire them anyway it’s on the farmer. If the farmer checked his billed amount against the expected rate and paid for it all then it’s fraud and the coop should be on the hook | |
