Gonna spread thick manure on it this fall, prevent plant it next spring, & seed it middle of June. Mix it with oats & field peas. We’re wet in ND. Is this gonna work or spread the manure on next years silage crop instead?

Seems like fraud to me, but I suppose enough get away with it to say yea it will work.
I really dislike govt programs. They do not level the playing field.
