south central IL | It would actually be more like 183 tons of product but from the picture some of it got nitrogen so the total would be less, it could also be that too much was applied in the green places and less in the brown places and the total is not off very much. We could speculate all day and never know what exactly happened. Until you do some testing and have hard evidence that something was wrong that’s all it will be is speculation. It can’t be rectified in the field at this point but fault can still be proven and unfortunately that’s what’s going to have to happen . Have you looked into hiring an independent agronomist? I’ll guarantee you that will make them take notice.
