200# x 1500 acres is 150 tons of Nh3 . If scale tickets and delivery to the farmer is verified, where did the gas go ? If the farmer never checked his bill or invoiced product, he may share some of the blame for late discovery . That much missed application looks significant, and the bill for product should have reflected it. If the farmer prepaid a flat amount, and the COOP didn’t reconcile the difference, and didn’t send a refund, that would be fraud .
