Have some evidence to prove your point, it’s obvious that they aren’t playing ball and you need this ammunition before you harvest this so that the person has a leg to stand on when it goes to court. I’m not saying anything about fault on the grower just saying he needs proof that what he’s claiming happened really did happen. Tissue tests and soil test results are hard evidence and a good starting point, that’s how I would approach this. | |
