 Nwmo | If the Nh3 didn't get applied they should have had scale tickets on the tanks that were used and they should have known pretty quickly that something wasn't right, both the customer and the coop. If the coop charged them for the full amount even though it wasn't applied and they knew it, I think they would have a case to at least get there money back. They probably wouldn't ever get a court to make them pay for loss of crop yield. | |
