1st off, why did they hire it done?  Maybe it's common practice but that many acres something isn't setting right there.  If they are 'do-it-right' types, how are you not set up to handle normal business operations especially something as critical as that.  I fully acknowledge life happens sometimes and that could be the scenario here too - as i've had a few 'life' instances that slowed things up.

2nd someone above mentioned no one taking it is suspicious and I agree.  Not one ambulance chaser in the whole state?  Come on.

3rd, if they scouted fields at all THAT would've been noticed prior to tassel and some corrective measure could've been done, period, so the do-it-right title might need to be re-evaluated.

4th, those pictures clearly show some application issues, but not all of it and in a high clay world and rain, N can disappear for various reasons.

Lastly, tell them to post on here.  If it's important to them, they can take a few minutes to post some scathing email like everyone else does and not hide behind a neighbor or a friend.

Did you not read my full 'WOW' comment just above this post of yours?

Lawyer = conflict of interest. Statewide coop, all good ag lawyers in the state have had dealings with this coop.

Good growing conditions masked the lack of N until late. Several fields of the hundreds of acres with problems received side dress.

The coop has been changing their story. Different people in the coop have been telling them different things.

So I think this has been an ongoing developing issue while getting the run around.

They are probably too busy working to take the time to post on NAT. Idk, just thought I could ask for an AG Lawyer name from someone on here since it's such a large audience outside of Missouri. So far I have one lawyer name.
