east central WI | I started rotating 40 acres of peas a year on 200 acres. they sent me a letter that there cutting my corn base and soybean base. i asked the nice lady at FSA if there going to take away my 3 acres of soybeans base? Well at least we both got a good laugh out of it. She did say there going to address it in next farm bill.
