They have since found out that they are not alone. Several farmers have complained. Apparently it is tied to one operator and he has been let go. But the state wide coop doesn't seem to want to do anything about it.
No local lawyers want to help take up the issue. Do any of you know of any lawyers outside the state of Missouri that would work with a farmer on this issue?
The last thing this farming family wants to do is get into a lawsuit but this is a huge mess up on the application job.
With prices and yields on regular fields looking like they do it is going to be a case this year for revenue insurance for anybody that carries it. So the yield hit will be absorbed by your revenue insurance.
